                本次设计是对蜗杆轴承座︾的加工工艺规程及一些工序的专用夹具设计。轴承座零件的∏主要加工表面是端面,孔,螺纹第六件及槽加工。由加工工艺原则可知,为了保证零件的精度,同时节约成本縮短加工周¤期提高生产效率。那么一∑个良好的工艺安排以及专用夹具的设计直接出现在身旁必不可少。在工艺的安排下不紧考虑合理的加工要求,还要考攻击顿时凌厉了三分虑操作者及加工机械的安全。同时夹具的设计也要考虑拆卸的方便及安全。设计一个良好的工艺工装安排路线必须对加工件的详细分々析及周密考虑后才能得杀机暴涨出。所以分析问◥题是解决问题的关键。同时还要☆反复的调整。来寻求一个最好的方案。这◥样才能保证工件的加工精度及生产节拍。需要正确的解决在加工的程序里零件的定位和夹紧跟工艺路线的布置和工艺尺寸大小的确定等一系列因素,然后设计出专用的夹具》来确保零件的质量。这种设计是必须要培养自主学习以及自我创新的能力。所以这种设计是全面和实用的时候解除这誓言了,涵盖ξ广泛的知识。 因此,我们不仅要关注设计中要想挑战一号的基本概念,也需要关注生产实♂践。把理论和生产实践结合起来,我们才能完成好这次的『设计。

A good tooling arrangement must be designed and analyzed in detail after careful analysis and careful consideration. So the analysis of the problem is the key to solving the problem. At the same time, it should be adjusted again and again. To find a best solution. Only in this way can the machining accuracy and production rhythm of the workpiece be ensured. It is necessary to correctly solve a series of factors such as the positioning and clamping of the parts in the processing program, the layout of the process route and the determination of the size and size of the process, and then a special fixture is designed to ensure the quality of the parts.
